I just posted rankings for how the top seventeen currencies fared against the U.S. dollar in April 2009. The South African Rand, which ranked 7th in March jumped to the number one spot with an increase of 8.83% and the Euro fell from 6th to last place (17th) with a decrease of -2.41%.
